After placing your order, please email hello@shopmotherhubbard.com two or three of your favorite clear, well-lit, and fairly close-up pictures of your pet. Also include their name.
After I have worked with your photos, I will email you a rough draft of the image. I will not embroider until I receive confirmation of satisfaction. Once confirmed, I will embroider, package, and ship! Total estimated turn around can be 10-14 days.
