Shipping policy

Due to the handmade nature of the majority of our products, there is a longer processing time.  Many of our products are for preorder and materials are ordered in bulk after orders are placed and will be processed once items are received.  Please allow up to a week for materials to arrive and an additional 2-3 days for processing before your order ships.  If other items are ordered along with preordered items, they will be shipped in one order once the last item is done processing.  

Shipping carriers have been experiencing a large amount of shipments which has been creating occasional delays.  While not common, please allow 10-14 days for delivery once your item has shipped.
